Mine is "general purpose". All the configuration is in text files and
even a few group-specific hacks are in a module in the main tree.
(Used by 58 it.* newsgroups.)

If the format will be configurable on a per-group basis I think most
regional hierarchies will quickly ask to receive encapsulated articles.
