The syntax used to say, for example,

        Summary-content = 1*( [FWS] utext )

(which was wrong BTW, because I promised in 4.2.3 that every content would end
in optional FWS).

I have now defined, in 2.4.2

        unstructured = 1*( [FWS] utext ) [FWS]

with a remark

   Observe, in contradistinction to [RFC 2822], that an unstructured
   MUST contain at least one non-whitespace character (see also remarks
   about empty headers in 4.2.6).

and I have used unstructured in the syntax of the Subject, Organization and
Summary headers. This also makes it a little easier to use the term
"unstructured" at various places in section 4, such as when explaining why
parameters do not need to be allowed in those headers.
