I don't think this WG, in the main, wants any great upheaval from what we
currently have. As you say, this is a matter for the IESG. But it is
useful to know at this stage what formal objections are or are not going
to be made.
In the meantime, this Last Call still presents an opportunity to raise
specific problems that fall short of completely rewriting the draft, and
that opportunity is available to all members of the group, whether they
are intending to object at the IETF level or not.
