The obvious way to read it is that the statement you attributed to me
was bogus, regardless of what other text you quoted elsewhere. Can you
say context?

>I did not once
>attribute to you words that you yourself did not write. "What you
>said" appeared as you said it, sans changes.

ROTF,LMAO! You not only attributed words to me ("You've neatly avoided
discussing why you think it isn't worth doing unless it is done the
way you want") that I did not write[1], you did so repeatedly,
continuing to do so after I pointed out that they were John Stanley's
words, not mine.

>You wrote quite a bit of those words... which you now
>claim are mine.

Another lie: I have never denied that the words that you framed with
leading ">" were mine. I denied that the words that you invented were
not mine.

>What kind of game are you trying to play here?

You seem to be the one playing games.

>But yes, the words I attibuted to you ARE a quote.

"You've neatly avoided discussing why you think it isn't worth doing
unless it is done the way you want" was a fabrication, not a quote.

>I quoted your statement verbatim.

You quoted a lot of things verbatim. That doesn't change the fact that
you also attributed to me something ("you think it isn't worth doing
unless it is done the way you want" ) that I didn't write.

>I'm sorry you got caught saying something you didn't intend on
>saying.

I'm sory that you continue to pointlessly lie about what I wrote.

>Are you enjoying this? You can stop anytime now. We all know who
>said what

Yes, we know that John Stanley wrote "you think it isn't worth doing
unless it is done the way you want".

>and who is unhappy he is being quoted.

No, I'm unhappy because you lie about peoples positions instead of
rebutting what they actually wrote. "you think it isn't worth doing
unless it is done the way you want" were your words, not mine, and
don't remotely reflect anything that I believe or that I wrote.

[1] Go ahead, be pedantic and say that by quoting your lie I was
writing the words in your lie.
