Yes, it is possible for you to vote givving equal preference to two
options, if you think they are equally acceptable (or equally
unacceptable). And there could easily be a tie between two options in the
final count.

BTW, I have now heard from the Chairman that he is happy for the poll to
go ahead. But I would still like some clarification from Per over the
wording of his option.
