Our draft currently says SHOULD accept wherever you happen to find them.
Yes, I could add some wording recognizing that the email stamdards would
eventually catch up with us :-).
However, the intent of the issues we are voting on is to limit possible
problems with the email standards as they are now. Allowance for future
developments is not precluded using wording such as you suggest.
