I think people should vote on the understanding that, even if we leave
MIME-style headers in place in some or all of the headers that also occur
in email, wording such as you suggested could still be applied regarding
future possibilities.
BTW, if someone has second thoughts, and wants to submit a revised vote on
any of the issues, just go ahead and do it. The last one received from any
voter will be the one counted.
