So are you saying that a user who wants to see the group "C programming
language" has also to specify the Collection within which he wishes his
request to be interpreted? Or, alternatively, he has to establish that as
his "current Collection" before he asks?

Yes, further discussion of these possibilities could perhaps be taken to
our companion "extensions" list. All we need to do at the moment is to
ensure that what is in our draft does not impede adopting this idea later
on.
