The more I think about the size of a checkgroups-like control with
additional attributes, the less I care. These only get posted every
month or so, and it's all stuff that gets to be cached at the server
instead of pushed across the net for every article. Lots of the
functionality people have wished for over the years (the moderation-like
thingies that would rely on ACLs, distributions that don't rely on the
poster, etc.) are going to need the attributes, so it's going to have to
happen in some form anyway.
