Right. Ditto for "Re: " in the absence of References or
In-Reply-To; "rE: " or any other case-variant, "Re^2: ",
"Re: Re: ", or any other utext/FWS combination under any
circumstances. Any software author that makes any assumptions
whatever about a message based on Subject content is
whistling in the wind.
