Have you looked?
Bcc:
is quite common; it not only doesn't have a space after the colon,
it also doesn't have any content (after the space that it doesn't
have) on the first line.

There's nothing specific to RFC 2822 about it. 822 didn't require
space after colon, nor did 733 or 724.
