No, I don't think we have. We know there are people who prefer a weaker
approach to "Re: ", and people who prefer a stronger one. Our Chair has
said that he will not allow a vote, but will announce what the consensus
is when he has discerned it.

In the meantime, there is a text under "duties of a followup agent" in the
latest draft, which you may comment on, and which I will gladly change
when the discernment is complete (FWIW, my own view is to leave it, but
with the two MUSTs demoted to SHOULDs).

As I explained in an earlier response to Shmuel (sp?), I believe that
Sender issue to be closed, and he seemed to accept that. However, if our
Chair chooses to declare it re-opened ...
