Sure. I was just pointing out something that a future edition of GNKSA
could usefully take on board. Not that that is our job, but there is no
reason why we should not drop hints :-) .

Sure. It is vital that people use format=flowed correctly, so that it
still shows up sensibly in non f=f readers.
