I don't think I have changed enough yet to warrant a fresh draft, though
it might be worthwhile after I have done the first batch of changes
(SHOULDs into MUSTs). And the GNKSA guy has not responded yet, so we are
on our own there.

Another problem is that I still cannot publish this draft on the IETF
site, because out chair has not yet permitted it (neither has he refused
it). Looks like I am going to have to contact the AD next.

The rest of your points look like they will be in the second batch. I note
that you seem to be in favour of the section 3.5 on interface issues. Is
that the general opinion here?
