I'd recommend something that puts the signature in the headers, and if that
for some reason is impossible, then go ahead and use MIME.

MIME isn't much uglier than putting it in the body is to those that don't
parse MIME, and is a lot cleaner for those that do.

Of course, again I'd like to say that putting it in the headers is the
better solution.
