The discussions on ietf-822 are generating more heat than light.
But this is the place where decisions about Usefor need to be taken. Yes,
there are some issues regarding gateways. By and large it is
straightforward for them to transform to RRC 2047/2231, but there are some
awkward corners.
I have proposed a text, and maybe the way I have tackled those corners
needs to be changed. That is a matter to be discussed here.
