Well welcome back to the List!
Yes, we had some discussion on this a month or so back, and it appeared
many current user agents understand nothing but "poster in lower case. The
other argument was that, since this keyword appears in a line that
otherwise contains newsgroup-names (and they certainly ARE case sensitive
and certain to remain so).
But in Mail-copies-to (6.8), which is a new header, they ARE case
insensitive.
