Well I shall be off myself in the next week or so, so if I suddenly go

But seriously, I am stuck now because our Chairman seems to have
disappeared. Hasn't replied to my recent emails, nor been seen on this
list (though I expect he was at the IETF in Vienna last week).
I can't move until this "Re: " business is resolved. I suggested a vote,
but our Chair said no. So we are waiting for him to delcare what the
consensus is. But, as I said at the start of this thread, it is all in the
new (i.e. moved) "Duties of a Followup Agent", so people are welcome to
comment on that.
Also, I asked for anything else people wanted changing feature-wise before
I started on the grand cleanup phase. Nobody has responded, so can I take
it that you are all happy with the present technical content?
