No! No! And a thousand times No! The reading agent MUST show me the
Subject header exactly as it was sent (injected). (Well, I might allow
some refolding if it would not fit in the display space provided
otherwise).
What we are concerned with is what a Followup agent is supposed to do.
Current practice (in both news and email) is to add a Re: if there was not
one already there. I do not care overmuch if some agent does not offer
that service; my main concern is that IF it offers that service, then it
MUST do it properly (only one Re: and no Sv: nonsense).
And that is what most people responding to this thread seem to want.
