That's enough of that. You can make technical arguments without
resorting to this. I find it offensive and unnecessary. If you find
that you are yelling like this (as I think is the case here) because
you have to repeat earlier arguments, just say "This has been
addressed many times before." Full stop. Your chairs (who are the
one's judging consensus and technical correctness here) will see
this. We are not stupid. We can figure this out.

For the record, it is becoming perfectly clear to me what needs to be
done on this topic. It certainly does not include normative language
in the USEFOR document. It might include some sort of language in the
usage document, but I'm not entirely clear we've honed that into what
it needs to be. I'm guessing that the word MUST won't be appearing.
If people think that yelling (on either side) is helping me in any
way make a call on consensus, you would be sadly mistaken.
