Ultimately for our chair(s) I suppose. My rough count indicated 9 or maybe
10 people asking for clear (even normative) wording in USEFOR, and 3
people asking for the opposite. But I may have slightly misunderstood
some positions.
I have said my piece. I have given up arguing with John, since he
consistently fails to acknowledge the difference between 'Re' and
'References', which has been explained several times.
So it is up to the group now to decide.
