Two reports received, quoting views seen at 5 news servers. All showing
Charles H. Lindsey without quote marks. So it is clear that such phrases
propagate through Usenet without problem (no surprise there) and that at
least two news reading agents display them as received (again no huge
surprise).

OK, I have just sent that test (look out for "Phrase Test 3"). I shall
do the same via misc.test too.
