Show me the "pages of additional ABNF".

I've already done so for Subject. And I've stated that incompatibilities
will require considerable work to document adequately. It would be far
preferable to eliminate the incompatibilities. Show me why the incompatibility
is necessary -- what breaks on From fields where the field body starts on a
continuation line?
