Are you saying that article is posted with
Newsgroups: A,B,C
Followup-To: one
Then a reader who only subscribes only to A responds to A only, and a user
who subscribes only to B responds to B only? Seems a magnificent mechanism
to splt the thread into umpteen fragments. OTOH, if they are all meant to
respond in the same group, then the present definition of Followup-To
provides that.

Not sure how that would work, but at least it is no change of existing
syntax.
