As long as there are agreed-on terms for a human generated post and the
set of those plus any manner of multipart post we can talk. But Charles
and others use "followup" to mean both in varying context, and that's
the enemy of clarity.

You're right, and I don't care what terms are chosen, I just wish we had
two of them, so we could have clarity in our disagreement ;-)
