Apologies -- INN 2.3.

Incidentally, INN 2.3 also dropped support for the ill-conceived
Also-Control header, which was added somewhere between INN 1.0 (which
didn't have it) and INN 1.4 (which did). I haven't bothered to track down
exactly what version added it.
