It does when I use its "cancel" function, but I didn't know
this when I tested the Subject: cmsg cancel feature (2002).

It has also some sanity checks, it won't allow me to cancel
any article - no idea how this works, probably matching the
Message-Id and / or the From address.

Whatever my old Mozilla 3.0 does, we need a solution working
everywhere, even with 1036 servers, or GiGo. And we don't
want a solution where relaying agents have to check subjects.

Therefore injecting agents have to solve this problem somehow.
