Hm. If my news reader automatically translates all messages into Spanish
and occasionally gets words wrong, other readers are going to notice that
as well. I think it's a stretch to address it directly in the standard,
though.

On the other hand, I think that most people would not even consider the
case of a Subject header beginning with "Re: " that's actually intended to
discuss that term, so maybe it's worth a mention of that case just so that
people realize it exists when writing code.
