Yes, such a subject would not cause problems (unless the suggestion of defining
any string without spaces ending with a colon at the start of the subject was
followed).

No, I agree, a newsreader should not localize the content of an unstructured
header. This illustrates the problems of enforcing semi-structure into
unstructured content.
