Yeah, the main reaction I got on that number was "you're sure you don't
want to make it a lot smaller?". :-)

If I'd simply been trying to pick a *reasonable* size limit, I'd probably
have used something around a third of that.  But I'm sure that would have
sparked debate, while the software limit was hard to argue with.
