OK, there's a lot of good stuff in there, but it is late at night, and
needs a lot of thinking about. So I have printed it out, and shall study
it carefully before coming back, which may not be for a day or so.

But just one immediate reaction. On reading it through, I kept saying to
myself "Ah But! There is more to be said on that". And then a few further
paragraphs down you indeed "said more on that". Which means, perhaps, that
there is some convergence afoot.
