Re: #1416 Injection-Date: proposed diff

Trying to fix tab damage here. Please don't use tabs for column alignment
because quoting throws off the alignment and changes the meaning of the
original message.

The text was intended to only permit adding an Injection-Date header if
Message-ID and Date are both present. The posting agent can either add
all three or omit Injection-Date; anything else would be rather bizarre.

The *ideal* case when no multiple injection is involved is for the posting
agent to not provide any of those headers and let the injecting agent take
care of it, since the headers added by the injecting agent are likely to
be of higher quality. But that feels like USEAGE material to me.

Does this need to be further clarified in the proposed text? I guess
nothing explicitly says to not add Injection-Date unless you're also
adding Message-ID and Date, even though the MAY phrasing strongly implies
it. This is fallout from changing things around so that posting agents
can add it at all.

Correct.

Snipping the rest of this discussion since I think we're just repeating
the same arguments in different words. The other nits I'll get in the
next post.
