Accept a majority?

You?

Since when?

I am.

Usenet does not change because of an RFC. Never has,
never will. It may well die, but it's not gonna change,
regardless of how many RFCs will be published.

A single line of code written by Russ most likely has
a deeper impact on Usenet than anything this WG could
ever come up with.

It's dead, Jim.

And it doesn't even smell funny any more.

You're naive.

Even Google abandoned their spaces-in-"Newsgroups:"
experiment just a few months ago, and that was a
relatively minor change proposed _fifteen_ years ago.
