That's an interesting leap from a general claim of client-server ineptitude
WRT name space query constraints (countered with two specific examples that
happen to manage quite nicely) to suggesting a debate based on an assumption
that a provisioning protocol is supposed to be able to "initiate instances
of communication with any party".  I'll save the debate for the provreg
mailing list and WG session.
