Allen,
per your complaint against Joker/Alan Ralsky please take it up with ICANN
they are very interested in this as Whois policy is reviewed.
please file your complaints at
http://www.internic.net/cgi/registrars/problem-report.cgi
and feel free to make an automated posting mechanism so that everyone can
tie it into their scripts.
also you may want to encourage your registrar to 'hide' your e-mail
address.
