I like svg|xml because it gives the idea "you can process this as
SVG or XML" (if we take | to mean choice).  Also, it suggests UNIX
pipes, "this is SVG through XML" which is also neat.

Things change between drafts: would it really cause trouble to
change svg-xml to svg|xml  ?
