Hey Scott, I gather you're now down to short strokes on the IETF 
calendar, right?  So if people want to make *still more* comments (I'll 
try not to) do they need to do it (a) right away per IETF sched or (b) 
hold off a bit because what you see is what's going into the mill? -Tim
