FWIW all I am going to do with comments on -05 is capture them for
consideration as part of an IETF last call -- barring any _significant_
gaffe, there will not be an -06 before we send the document to the IESG.
Can the comments be considered when creating the final RFC or does the
final RFC, if approved by the IESG, have to be identical to the -05 draft?
