A comment on -06 comments:

Given that the changes to produce -06 were made so we could get to the IETF
last call, and the comments I've seen today don't appear to take issue with
the changes, I'm not going to make any more changes until after we go
through the last call process.  When the last call is announced I'll forward
a copy of the announcement to this list.  It will probably be helpful to the
IESG if comments are sent per the instructions that will be included in the
announcement.
