Patch File to v2.0.1 CML (Certificate Policy Qualifiers)

All,

We have corrected a bug in the v2.0.1 Certificate Management Library
(CML) regarding the processing of X.509 certificates that include a
certificate policies extension that include a policy qualifier.  The
corrected CM_Certificate.cpp file is available from
<http://www.getronicsgov.com/hot/cml_lib.htm>.  We recommend that this
patch file be incorporated into all products that use the v2.0 or v2.0.1
releases of the CML.  This patch will be included in the next release of
the CML scheduled for July 2002.  Getronics does not plan to deliver a
new release of the CML at this time.
