Mauricio,

Both sm_usefulTypes.cpp and sm_usefulTypes.h are generated during the
build process.  The eSNACC compiler is used to compile the
sm_usefulTypes.asn1, and the output of the compiler is the two missing
files.

Be sure eSNACC has been built prior to building the SMP libraries.
You must be using either the provided Makefiles or the Microsoft Visual
Studio projects for this to work correctly.
