Did you install SMP patch 2.5.2 located at
http://www.digitalnet.com/knowledge/download.htm?  This patch contains a
few bug fixes for the deltaCRL processing.  Please make sure you have
this patch installed and that you have rebuilt the SMP libraries and
re-linked your application prior to re-testing.  If you still experience
problems let us know.

I can see where the code processes (or attempts to) deltaCRLs if the
CRL has the freshestCRL extension, but I don't see where it uses the
extension's distribution points to retrieve the deltaCRLs.

Am I just missing the code, or is this not quite completed
functionality?

Presuming it's missing, that matches what I see snooping the LDAP: I
can see searches for the certificateRevocationList, but none matching
what's in the freshestCRL extension.
