Re: Use Jonah with a real smart card

To plug into a real sc as the Jonah keystore, you need to re-compile the
PKCSVSC.DLL to link
with your PKCS#11 DLL. There is a reference to PKCS11.DLL in the
/src/CDSA/addins/Jonah/CSP/vsc
directory (just do a grep), and you will have to relink (change the makefile)
with your DLL's .LIB.
Or, you could create a copy of your PKCS#11 library to have the same name as
ours (PKCS11.DLL).
Either of these should work.

Keep in mind that we are still doing interoperability testing, so it's not clear
at this time
how usable the certificates will be with other applications, but we have done
some sniff
testing with real smart cards to make sure Jonah's design points actually work
with real
sc hardware.

Good luck.

Subject: Use Jonah with a real smart card

I would like to use Jonah with a real smart card.
A smart card is PKCS 11 compliant and contains a RSA pair of keys.

I would like to:
- make a certificate request binded with a public key (contained in a
smart card)
- put a certificate in a smart card

I have read that It is possible to replace a virtual smart card by a
smart
card which is PKCS 11 compliant.

How can I do this ?

Thank you for your help.
