Check the PATH in your NT environment. I have experienced this problem
when there is a non-existant directory in your PATH variable. Also if
your PATH is too long this can happen, for instance I installed and uninstalled
the Microsoft C/C++ compiler on C drive, then D drive, then E drive (due to
space problems) and when I uninstalled the compiler it did not take the
variables out of the PATH statement.
Another thing to try is to use the mk command after you have done the workon
instead of the build command.
