Enrolling RA with the CA

Hi All
	I am running into a problem when trying to enroll the RA with the CA
as per the procedure outlined.  I get the RA to talk to the CA to be begin
the enrollment and after I approve it, I get the following message in the RA
log.

Entering JNH_inquire_cerreq_startDate
validity not set in JNH_inquire_certreq_startdate()
returning 76677152 from JNH_inquire_certreq_startDate(1)

could someone please shed somelight as to what I am  doing incorrect enroll
the RA with the CA.
