problems with the build of Jonah on NT

Hi,

I am trying to build Jonah on NT 4.0. When I get to step 10 and run the
command:
build setup_all, there is always the error message as follows:

mkpath -quiet  OSSRV/. &&  cd .\\OSSRV  &&  mk  MAKEFILE_PASS = SETUP
setup_all   ../../../../SANDBOXDIR/sandbox/obj/i386_win32/OSSRV: bad
MAKEDIR      Error code 2

Can anybody help me solve this problem?
