I've not used the Netscape server, so I can only give general suggestions.
First, verify that the Jonah RA is configured with the correct server URL,
and a username and password that will let it create and modify entries (the
RA does all the LDAP modifications).  Check that the directory is
configured for the PKIX schema for certificates and CRLs.  Try creating a
directory entry for a certificate user before using Jonah to issue a
certificate.

Hi,

I've tried unsuccessfully to test Jonah with Netscape 4.01 Directory
Server. Have anyone ever tested Jonah with Netscape DS or any other DS (eg.
OpenLDAP server)?

What are the essential steps in setting up a directory server to work with
Jonah?
