The file "./testsrc/util/sm_AutoCf.c" demonstrates all uses of the "C" API.
The calling program is "sm_Autohi.cpp", also available in the
"./testsrc/hilevel".  These happen to be our only demonstration programs for
unit development tests.  The make file is in the corresponding
subdirectories.
