Title: Extensibility Implied in SNACC

I am currently running with version 1.3 of the SNACC compiler and wondered if this supported Extensibility. When I view the eSNACC documentation there is mention of this functionality, but in the original SNACC manual, University of British Columbia ASN.1 document it does not make any mention of it at all.
