esnacc1.7 PER encoding and decoding problems

Hi,

We are using esnacc 1.7 for PER encoding
and decoding aeronautical dat (ASN1 defined messages)

The problem  is that the PDec function
raises a Buffer Exception and does not decode all bits in the provided
buffer.
It stops before the end of the buffer
and the returned data structure does not contain all infomation that were
encoded in the buffer.

Same for PEnc function, it does not
encode the whole provided structure and its result is not decodable.

Could any one help?
